1)Sales team

       Our sales team is mainly responsible for customer development, pre-project and customer relationship. The team is divided into two groups: domestic sales and export sales. Most of our sales staff have project/engineering/quality work experience or training experience, familiar with our products, sincere, enthusiastic, can quickly respond to customer needs. Our export sales team has good English ability, can answer English phone calls, participate in English online conference, there are foreigners, there are resident sales representatives in Germany.

2)Customer service staff

       Our customer service team is mainly responsible for daily order, shipping and invoice management after volume. Team members have many years of work experience, familiar with ERP system; Familiar with import and export declaration; Familiar with various modes of transportation and various trade patterns, and can connect smoothly with various types of customers.

3)Project engineering

       Our project engineering team is mainly responsible for the development and implementation of the project, project schedule management, and internal and external docking of project technology after the project is designated. Most of them have a technical engineering background and are familiar with the process/automotive project development process.

4)Customer quality

       Our customer quality staff is responsible for the quality planning in the early stage of the project, determining the standards, and dealing with the quality problems reported by customers.
