Engineering and quality. another is the Customer Service who deals with the matters of PO follow, shipment and payment. The third is the team leader who prepares to provide the further support on the important or urgent case, also if you have any complaint or advice with the team members, please feel free to contact him(her). In principle, normally we request to reply each customer's email at once, no exceeding 1 working day. For the RFQ(the parts are in our capability), if single part, we request to submit our quotation within 2 working days, if complicated, no excceding 1 week. For customer's complaint, we request to give the initial response within 1 working day, and the complete 8D reports within 3 days.
